The Board of Directors (formally Executive Committee) conducts and manages the business and affairs of NCTTRAC, and may exercise all powers of NCTTRAC and do all such lawful acts and things as are not otherwise prohibited by statute or by the Articles of Incorporation of NCTTRAC or by these Bylaws. The Board of Directors is chaired by the Chair of NCTTRAC. The Board of Directors also oversees the standing committees listed to the left, as well as the zone committees.
