The Communications & Information Services Workgroup of NCTTRAC will establish communications protocols between the RMOC and supported jurisdictions and agencies. It is charged with the oversight of all technical matters involving crisis communications, information systems, and other communications capabilities, to include WebEOC, EMSystem, video teleconferencing, and other communications systems. The CIS Workgroup also enables and supports the dissemination of emergency public information through the RMOC to member hospitals for the public and responders during an event.
